Dear Loved Ones,

We surely hope you had a blessed Easter!

Giuseppe and Pennie are back in Italy and they are hard at work. Your love, prayers and support are such an encouragement to them.Attached is their first report for the year and there will be more coming shortly.

In the meantime, please enjoy these words of Easter from Italy for Christ.The three empty places: the cross, the tomb, the garments left in the empty tomb. The empty cross makes us understand that Jesus death on the cross erases our mistakes, transgressions and wrong doings. In other words sin! Jesus pays it all and we don’t have to pay if we only accept His sacrifice!

The empty tomb makes us understand that eternal life is not a possibility but a certainty. The tomb is NOT the end of the story. All men have something immortal: the soul. Jesus offers us eternal life! The garments left in the tomb make us understand that undressing ourselves from our ego we have the great honor to initiate a living and personal relationship with Christ and we can say with the apostle Paul: it is no longer I that live but Jesus lives in me! This is for me the real meaning of Easter! Guy Sottile-IFC
