Greetings to you all friends and partners of Act Now Ministries. We hope you had a blessed Fourth of July and also a great start to your summer. Let’s pray about these fires that are affecting so many in our country. The smoke has arrived in Europe as well. As we see what’s happening here, we realize that sin has made this world frail. We as Christians need to be the bringers of healing wherever He has planted us.

Giuseppe is spending time at this moment with his family and reconnecting with others who have expressed their desire to serve overseas. Some time ago, we shared about some of the ones that the Lord has brought into our lives. God is good. We asked to pray and still keep on praying for them. Pray for the White family in Indiana; for M. Valenti in Michigan; and for D. Jounghans in Virginia.

And now a blessing from God, something that will make you praise the Lord: Giuseppe was contacted by a young couple a month ago regarding the possibility of future service in Sicily. We want to introduce all of you to the Hamilton family from North Carolina, Chris and Alicia and their three children. After many prayers and talks, they have decided to join Act Now Ministries as future missionaries. We are elated that from our humble beginning, the Lord has gifted us with brothers that share the same burden for the lost.

Do pray earnestly for the Hamiltons. By the way, Chris has Sicilian blood in him too. Later on, we will ask them to introduce themselves to you all faithful brothers and supporters of ANM. God is Good. Pray for His leading in their lives and all the processes that make it possible for them to join in the ministry that the Lord has already prepared for them. You might recall when the Lord said: look the harvest is ready, pray the Lord of the harvest to send more laborers; and He answered your prayers and ours. More to come about them soon.

Also, pray for the ministry work going on overseas with our co-laborers, Giuseppe La China in Belpasso and Catania alongside Isidoro Cavallaro. Pastor Kurt continues with a refugee camp in Geraci in the province of Palermo, and don’t forget the ministries that we have been involved in near Florence and the city of Cremona. We are considering a return trip to Sardegna (Sardinia) in October with a small group to teach and preach there.

Yes, your prayers are valuable so that much can be accomplished. We will go through the doors that the Lord is opening and follow His lead.
God bless you.

As always: Let’s go fishing (really) for one more for the One.

Serving together our Lord.
Giuseppe and Pennie Collesano.
Ciao for now.
