June 2025 Newsletter
Greetings from nice and warm Michigan! The early part of summer has not disappointed us in the ministry in Italy. The opportunities of serving our Lord and Savior are increasing more than ever. We take this opportunity to thank you for your faithful prayers and support that allow us to serve and help local churches in need of encouragement in the area of teaching, preaching and, most of all, evangelism.
God is good all the time, and all the time God is good. This is an old line used in the movie God’s Not Dead. He is alive and kicking the enemy of our souls, especially when we are active on our faith.
This first tour of north Italy did not disappoint at all; there will be another one in the fall (God willing). We want to share more with you since the last report so that you can keep your prayers going.
Finally the church in Pieve di Soligo found a place to meet and reach out to people nearby. Not only that, but someone in the church started meeting in another town, Spresiano. Giuseppe was asked to share the Word there and then was asked if he could share in another town, Mansuè. In this town, there is a Romanian church of around 600. Suddenly we are going from a small group to a very large church by Italian standards. Please pray for this brand new opportunity.
We shared with you of the opportunity in Kenya to help in the building of an emerging church that’s growing. At the moment, we are waiting and investigating about the feasibility of such an endeavor. Please pray.
Our brother Daniele near Bologna asked Giuseppe to come and help in street evangelism outside Bologna. This is not for the faint of heart. In the four days visiting there, we went to four towns in the local markets and streets. The variety of ethnicities was palpable. Bologna’s population is about 400,000; outside of the city, there are 55 municipalities. All these towns do not have a church, a pristine place to share the Gospel. More laborers are needed in a very difficult place. We do not despair because it is the power of the Gospel that can free man from sin. The need is great; our Savior is greater.
We found some Pakistani believers who are in need of encouragement, and the need of literature in their language is greater than ever before. We have ordered a pallet of literature that will arrive soon. The ethnic situation is getting a bit strenuous for Europe, as it is in Italy. It is the Gospel that can change hearts. Do pray that more ambassadors will get involved and the goal of reaching one more for Christ can be achieved.
We wish you all a blessed summer of rest and refueling. The ministry continues here in the north of Michigan by serving in the local church till returning to Sicily in September. At the moment, like years past, the heat is almost unbearable overseas. Still, the ministry goes on. Thank you for your blessing in our life.
As always: Let’s go fishing (really) for one more for the One. Please pray for the Hamiltons, as a visit there is in the works. Also, pray for another family visiting in September. Your prayers are needed and appreciated.
Ciao for now.

God bless you.
