May 2026 Newsletter
Greetings from North Italy to our friends and supporters of Act Now Ministries. The month of May has been a very exciting time. Thank you for praying together for the Gospel being shared across the country. Also, we are thankful for the start of the 21-year of ministry presence in Sicily/Italy. God is good.
Giuseppe has been on the road for most of the time in sharing His Word from Sicily up to the northern part of the country. The time in Napoli was a blast in reuniting with Sean as he returned to serve at the Navy base there. He was and has been mentored by Giuseppe during their time that he served in Sicily 14 years ago. What a blessing to be together and share a couple of meals and bless some servicemen on base. Also helping the little church with a big heart in Napoli, teaching in the armor of God and together evangelizing in the city of three million people.
As in the Bible in Mark 1:38 and Luke 4:43, Jesus said let’s go to other villages and preach the Gospel. So that’s what the month of May has been as you can see and rejoice with us as you enjoy the photos displayed. So many people were impacted by His word wherever we went; it was incredible. Hamir Hamza from Pakistan opened the NT and read in front of Giuseppe, reacting with words like: “Wow such powerful Words”.
We are also very thankful that someone took the time to visit the refugee camp. From Iranian students at the university in Bologna where the Gospel was received with a thankful smile to Alice, one of the 100,000 students there who listened for a half hour and was pleased to receive a copy of the NT. There are too many stories to tell in a short letter, but all had a big impact. Lots of Italian students were grateful to have a copy of the Gospel as well. Thanks for praying for us.
Giuseppe was not alone there; along with Daniele M, they went and shared with many. We met two different American groups from Florida that were sharing in Bologna. Blessings upon blessings. Many Bangladeshi refugees were glad to receive their NT also. We actually ran out of them and need more literature. We will supply more for Daniele to return there soon. Your prayers have been effectual for the Kingdom. Those prayers remind us of the request from the apostle Paul in Ephesians 6:19-20 to keep on praying, and God has answered those prayers. Thank you.
There will probably be another report about this time in Italy for you to rejoice with us, for what God will accomplish in the hearts of many. As you receive and read this report, Giuseppe is still in north Italy for the ministry; keep on praying. The harvest season is in full swing but laborers are still few. Pray that the Lord sends many more into His harvest. God bless you.
